HathiTrust members play a significant role in governing by setting strategy, recommending policies, and steering the organization throughout the year. With library leaders and experts as guides, we build trust through close working relationships that help us better identify and respond to changing needs.

Our official governing groups include the Board of Governors and the Program Steering Committee.
